The Inside Sales Support role provides support to the Inside Sales Lead by helping them to close deals via phone and email, and customer support by providing product knowledge, shipping quotes, assisting with spreadsheets and other various day to day tasks as needed. Also, provides support to Account Executives in the field, and in dealing with customers or prospects who make general inquiries by contacting the sales department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:
:Develop, maintain, and grow sales relationships
:Daily pricing, phone calls, emails, freight quotes, etc.
:Complete account maintenance and administrative work as delegated by supervisor
:New customer onboarding
:Create and maintain customer records
:Meet company profit and sales goals
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Interacting with other departments; Order Entry, Warehouse
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
:Strong written and verbal skills
:Data entry skills
:Works collaboratively and excels in a team environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
:Two years' sales support or account management experience
Computer equipment and level of software requirements:
:Beginner CRM system experience
Specific Knowledge, licenses, certifications REQUIRED:
