Develop a working knowledge of the carrier software packages
· Run appropriate illustrations based on knowledge of thecompetitive life insurance environment
· Provide producers with illustrations and supplies
· Proactively follow-up on illustrations, applications, andcontracting
· Document requested illustrations for sales follow-up
· Participate in educational development to gain anunderstanding of the competitive market, product, and industry trends andimpacts
· Point of contact for distribution of forms,etc.
· Provide Marketing support to the team (eCards, promotionof AskLine calls etc.).
· Proactively contact agents to demonstrateCrumpLifeInsurance.com functions (Quoting Engines, Forms Now, Life Solutions,etc.) and generate application opportunities .Other duties asassigned
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and externalcustomers
· Effective time management skills
· Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple taskssimultaneously
· Capable of working independently as well as in a teamenvironment
· Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
· Experience with PC''s in a Windowsenvironment
· Excellent telephone etiquette skills
· Ability to display maturity, competitiveness, and a goodwork ethic
· General knowledge of industry, product and salesprocesses
· Experience in the Life product industry with provenproficiency in product and industry knowledge preferred
· Four year college degree in business or equivalenteducation and relevant experience preferred
