Job Duties:
Provide direct assistance to the Project Managers. Work closely with Project Managers on all stages of jobs, provide job information to contractor and builder questions in the absence of the Project Managers.
Responsible for retrieving the builder's schedules and then working with internal scheduling of workforce and materials.
Work with the job start up process. Print plans, order materials, release materials, ensure materials get to the appropriate jobsite per schedules, and work with vendors and builder/contractors on any job specific needs or problem resolution.
Request inspections with local municipalities on jobs as needed.
Complete the permit processes required on jobs.
Address any field calls and needs in the absence of the Project Managers.
Field visits to active job sites.
Assist customers with product selection.
Provide post construction documents to Contractors

Education and Experience:
Associates Degree in General Business or related field, and/or
Previous customer service skills preferably in mechanical trades
Some basic level of experience with project management or coordinator preferably in the plumbing trade
Design or showroom experience a plus

Oral Communication Skills - Ability to speak clearly and professionally in normal daily interactions, as well as in more negative or challenging interactions, with a variety of audiences. Effective listening skills, and follow up interactions to gain further clarification as needed. Provide exceptional customer service in face-to-face and phone conversations.

Written Communication Skills - Ability to clearly and informatively provide written documentation in a variety of formats (electronically and paper documents). Provide detailed information as needed based on specific job related essential functions. Presents numerical data effectively and precisely. Ability to read and interpret written information. Effectively communicate via electronic communications (e-mail) to both internal and external contacts.

Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work independently and also as a team. Practices effective problem-solving skills, independent thought and decision-making processes. Communicates effectively with supervisor and other team members to properly resolve any questions or issues. Listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control, and remains professional at all times.

Organizational and Time Management Skills - Ability to manage tasks and priorities to get essential job functions completed efficiently and effectively. Ability to multitask, and change job direction based on project need and urgency. Ability to think outside the box and suggest new innovative practices for continued success and growth of the department. Ability to meet deadlines set forth for the completion of projects.

Technology Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems
