Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act:


Primarily responsible for maintaining the Bank’s loan follow up system by processing the closed loan documents and releases.


The following are essential job responsibilities:
Filing, tracking and following up on all types of collateral documentation; including mortgages, UCC filings and continuations, titles, insurance, etc. on the Bank’s exception management system
Process paid loans, which includes sending satisfactions, lien releases, and UCC terminations and continuations for filing. Send “paid and released” documents to the customer
Ensure insurance is maintained on collateral and is properly imaged and follow up notations updated to reflect most current information
Process construction draw requests
Complete final loan packet reviews
Maintain and monitor force-placed insurance policies
Assist with document imaging of loan and insurance documents
Complete verifications and subpoenas

Uphold the bank’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of the bank.

Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Education Required/ Preferred:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Required/ Preferred:
1 year loan processing or documentation experience/ 3+ years’ commercial loan documentation
